When you integrate your Google account with LogiKlu, we access and use your Google account data to generate Google Meet video links. These links can be added to the "Tasks and Activities" management section of LogiKlu CRM and shared with guests or customers.

OAuth access tokens associated with your Google Account

Purpose and Processing

We use this information solely to :

Generate Google Meet video links on your behalf
Maintain secure authentication with Google's services
Enable seamless integration within LogiKlu CRM

Technical Implementation

Access tokens are valid for 30 minutes to 1 hour
Your email address and current access token are stored in our secure database
Tokens are automatically updated through our system as needed
We maintain only the most recent valid token for each user
